Bogota Open: Osorio moves into final

Colombian Camila Osorio, the second seed, won against Argentinian Julia Riera 6-4, 7-5 to reach the final of the Bogota Open at the Country Club Bogota on Saturday.
Osorio, ranked No 54, will face the winner of the match between Pole qualifier Katarzyna Kawa and American qualifier Julieta Pareja next.
The Colombian defeated wildcard Mariana Isabel Higuita Barraza (6-0, 6-1), American Emina Bektas (1-6, 7-6 (5), 6-2) and German Tatjana Maria, the No 6 seed (6-1, 6-3) in the previous rounds of the Bogota tournament.
Earlier in the tournament, Riera, ranked No 157, won against Francesca Jones (6-2, 5-7, 5-3 ret.), American Iva Jovic (6-4, 6-2) and Croat qualifier Lea Boskovic (6-3, 2-6, 6-1).
