Hungarian Grand Prix: Tsurenko makes second round
Lesia Tsurenko defeated Carolina M. Alves 6-4, 6-1 on Monday and will face the winner of the match between Russian Kamilla Rakhimova and Romanian Elena-Gabriela Ruse, the No 7 seed, in the next round
Ukrainian Lesia Tsurenko won against Brazilian qualifier Carolina M. Alves 6-4, 6-1 to advance to the second round of the Hungarian Grand Prix at Római Tennis Academy in Budapest on Monday.
Tsurenko, ranked No 97, will face the winner of the match between Russian Kamilla Rakhimova and Romanian Elena-Gabriela Ruse, the No 7 seed, next.
