Romanian Irina-Camelia Begu, the second seed, won against Italian Sara Errani 6-2, 6-2 to move into the final of the Tiriac Foundation Trophy on Saturday afternoon.
Begu, ranked No 41, will play Hungarian Reka Luca Jani for a second title in 2022.
Ahead of her victory, the Romanian beat Brazilian Laura Pigossi (6-3, 6-1), Irina Bara (6-0, 6-2) and Ukrainian Kateryna Baindl (6-1, 6-1).
