ATP Finals field is set as Rublev, Auger-Aliassime complete eight-man field for Turin

The field is set for the ATP Finals in Turin.

Gilles Simon’s epic win over Taylor Fritz at the Paris Masters on Wednesday removed the last question mark, ending the American’s hopes of making the Finals for the first time.

The result means Andrey Rublev and Felix Auger-Aliassime join the already-qualified Carlos Alcaraz, Rafael Nadal, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Casper Ruud, Daniil Medvedev and Wimbledon champion Novak Djokovic in the competition.

The top seven in the ATP Race are joined by Djokovic, who qualifies as a Grand Slam champion inside the top 20 in the ATP Race, even though the Serb did not pick up any points through his Wimbledon victory. Djokovic can equal Roger Federer‘s record of six ATP Finals wins if he takes the title.

The ATP Finals will be played in Turin from November 13 to November 20. The draw is sue to take place on November 10.
