Portuguese Open: Halys through to first ATP-level quarter-final on clay with upset win over Bautista Agut

Frenchman Quentin Halys moved into the quarter-finals of the Portuguese Open by defeating Spaniard Roberto Bautista Agut, the No 4 seed, 7-6 (5), 7-5 at Clube de Ténis do Estoril on Thursday.
Halys, ranked No 80 in the world, is through to the first ATP Tour-level quarter-final on clay and will face Austrian Dominic Thiem next.
The Frenchman won against Portuguese Nuno Borges (6-3, 6-4) in the previous round of the Estoril Open.
