European Open to move from Antwerp to Brussels
The event will move to Brussels in 2025, having been played in Antwerp for nine editions

The end of the tennis season is always met with much excitement, as the top players make their last minute pushes towards qualifying for the ATP Finals and the Next Gen Finals. In 2025, Brussels will host the European Open – after Antwerp held the last nine editions.
Tournament director Dick Norman stated:
“This new location allows us to take the tournament to the next level, both for players and fans. Brussels offers the ideal setting to help the tournament grow into a top-tier event, giving tennis lovers an unforgettable experience.”
The European Open has hosted many high-quality matches, however, it is perhaps best known for being the place where Andy Murray won his last ever non-Challenger singles title. In the final, the Brit defeated Stan Wawrinka 3-6, 6-4, 6-4 – winning from a break down in the third set.
