On another packed day at the US Open, Spaniard Alejandro Davidovich Fokina became the first man into the last 16 as he beat Cameron Norrie in four sets.

The 21-year-old Spaniard became the first man into the last 16 at the US Open after he wore down Briton Cameron Norrie 7-6, 4-6, 6-2, 6-1. He’ll meet either fifth seed Sascha Zverev or Adrian Mannarino of France.
