Cirstea survives Austin roller-coaster against Siegemund

Romanian Sorana Cirstea got the best of German Laura Siegemund 6-3, 0-6, 6-1 to move into the second round of the Austin Open at the Westwood Country Club on Tuesday night.

Cirstea, ranked No 120, will next play No 2 seed Diana Shnaider.
