French qualifier Leolia Jeanjean reached the second round of the Lausanne Open after German Tatjana Maria withdrew before the match on Wednesday at Tennis Club du Stade-Lausanne. Jeanjean, ranked No 155, will play Frenchwoman Caroline Garcia, the No 6 seed, next.
